The photonics communities of the Basque Country and Bordeaux

The members of the Fotonika community welcomed the team of the Grand Programme de Recherche Light of the University of Bordeaux in Donostia-San Sebastian, on Wednesday 24 November,for a day devoted to laying the foundations for long-term cross-border collaboration by building a common vision for the implementation of new actions. As a first concrete action in the field of training, we highlight the organisation of a Lab Course in the Basque Country from 13 to 17 December with 4 students from the Master Light Science and Technologies of Bordeaux. After the meeting, the teams from both communities visited several laboratories at the DIPC, CIC nanoGUNE and CFM.
